T-Shirt/Sweatshirt: If you are still wanting to buy a T-Shirt/Sweatshirt this will be the last order for this school year. Orders need to be turned in by March 15th. Important March Dates

Hello NCA PFA Family,

Here are a few upcoming dates. Please mark your calendars we would love to see you all there.

Monday, March 15th.: PFA Teacher Request Forms: Teachers requesting funds for their classrooms must submit their form by this date for it to be considered at our next PFA meeting.

Monday, March 15th.: NCA Board Meeting (see www.ncacharter.org for further details) NCA Board meetings are a great way for each of us to know future plans, ideas and ways we can support our Academy.

Saturday, March 20th. at 2pm.: PFA Leadership Luncheon
This event is designed for those who are serving in a position on the PFA Council or would like to see how they could join the team. This will be a great opportunity for each of us to gather and share our ideas in each of our areas, network, and see what is ahead for the future.

If you would like attend we need you to RSVP so that we have enough food and drinks for everyone. You may send your RSVP to ncapfa@gmail.com.

Thursday, March 25th.: PFA Council Meeting at 6pm and General meeting at 7pm. Our PFA meeting is for Parents and Faculty to come together and make great plans for the months to come. Become a member of the PFA and you are able to vote on up coming elections. We highly encourage all teachers requesting funds from the PFA to be present to be available for questions. A full agenda will be posted when the date draws near.

Friday, March 26th.: Pizza Day Pizza can be purchase March 22-25th. for a $1 a slice.

Nomination Committee

Dear NCA PFA Family,

We would like to thank all of you for a very productive and rewarding year as the NCA PFA Presidency. With that being said we are currently taking nomination for all Presidency seats; President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and PFA Rep. If you are interested in any of these positions please visit our website at www.ncapfa.org for job descriptions or email us with questions at ncapfa@gmail.com.

If you would like to sit in on the nomination committee please also let us know. According to our bylaws, the nominations committee will consist of stakeholders and PFA Presidency member minus the President. Members of the nomination committee shall serve a minimum of 1 year and maximum 2 years. The nomination committee will report its nominees to the PFA Presidency 2 weeks prior to the March PFA meeting. The committee will elect a chair at the first meeting. Nomination committee shall identify characteristics and skill sets need in the PFA leadership and screen and evaluate individuals and nominate at least 1 eligible candidate for each position.

NCA:
We are still taking orders for the T-Shirts/Sweatshirts. If you have not ordered one, it's not to late. We need a minimum of 12 orders to place the order with the outside company. You can print an order form off our website at ncapfa.org. Order forms and payment can be placed in the PFA box in the NCA office. You can also use PayPal on the website if you'd like to purchase one that way.

For your Valentine!

The NCA PFA is boxes of candy hearts
to the students and staff at NCA.

Boxes are $.50 each.

Candy will be sold at Lunch in the Library on :

Tuesday, Feb 9th & Wednesday, Feb 10th

Candy will also be sold after school at the flag pole those days.

Candy will be delivered on Friday, Feb 12th

The boxes will be addressed when purchased, so please have
the student's name and Room#.
