After looking at scheduling, and how best to represent the parent vote at each Executive Committee meeting, we have decided to hold PFA meetings on the last Thursday of each month. This will give our PFA (Parent) Representative time to attend our PFA Meetings, gather votes, and represent them at the Executive Committee meeting the next week.
Our April 2nd meeting still stands, but we'll be adding a meeting in April and going from there. Please see our calendar on our website for further updates. www.ncapfa.org
The schedule of meetings looks like this;
1st Monday - Executive Committee Meeting
2nd Week - PFA Presidency Meeting (Presidency members only)
3rd Monday - NCA Board Meeting
4th Thursday - General PFA Meeting (PFA Council Meeting 1 hour prior to general meeting)
